  1. The Promoter: The promoter of this raffle prize draw is Best.Energy Ltd,
    [Top Floor, Generator Building, Finzels Reach, Bristol, BS1 6BX]
    , company number 08718604.
  2. Eligibility: This prize draw is open to all business attendees aged 18 or over who attend the Hotel & Hospitality Innovation Expo and visit Best.Energy's stand (H110). It is NOT open to the general public. Only one entry per person is permitted. Best.Energy employees, agents, contractors and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  3. How to Enter: To enter the prize draw, visitors must attend stand H110 at the Hotel & Hospitality Innovation Expo with their unique Golden ticket and scan the provided QR code to complete the online entry form at the event on 30 September or 1 October. Each Golden Ticket has a unique raffle number and serves as one token for entry. Entries are free.
  4. Supercharge Your Entry: Visitors can double their chances of winning by successfully completing the Buzz Wire game on stand H110. A successful completion will grant them a second, additional entry into the prize draw. Only one additional entry per person will be permitted. Multiple attempts will not result in further entries.
  5. The Prizes:
    First Prize: A full energy management system, tailored to one facility in England, Wales or Scotland, from Best.Energy worth up to £30,000.
    Second Prize: One (1) luxury Hotel Chocolat Hamper.

    This first prize is non-transferable and must be accepted by the winning organisation. It cannot be exchanged for cash. The energy management system installation is subject to a site survey and commercial feasibility, and may have specific terms related to installation and commissioning, which will be detailed to the winner. This means the prize might not be suitable for all winning organisations, or there could be additional costs or requirements for installation.
  6. The Draw: The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received. The draw will take place within 14 days of the close of the Hotel & Hospitality Innovation Expo. Entries must be received during the Expo on 30 September and 1 October only.
  7. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via the contact details provided on their entry form within 7 days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner. By entering, participants consent to their name and company being published publicly (e.g. on Best.Energy’s website and social media).
  8. General Conditions: By entering this prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Best.Energy reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the prize draw at any time due to circumstances beyond its control. Best.Energy's decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Nothing in these terms shall limit Best.Energy’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Best.Energy reserves the right to amend the terms or cancel the prize draw at any time due to circumstances beyond its control. Their decision on all matters related to the draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. This gives Best.Energy significant discretion to change the rules or cancel the raffle.
  9. Data Protection: The personal data you provide will be used solely for the administration of this prize draw and, if you consent, for marketing communications from Best.Energy. You can withdraw consent at any time. For more information on how we use your data and your rights under UK data protection law, please see our Privacy Policy. Participants should be aware of how their data will be used and their rights under UK data protection law.
  10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
